'Tis the season #FightClubbers to get out and get cooking! And we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the season than bringing back the Culinary Fight Club Tailgate Throwdowns!
Believe it or not, the Green Bay Packers fans coined the actual term "tailgating" during the team’s first year in business in 1919. The fans would back their pickup trucks around the field and fold down their tailgates for seating. Naturally, food and beverages were brought along to keep the appetite in check.
And it wouldn’t’ be a Culinary Fight Club battle if we didn’t kick things up a few notches so we're looking for the elevated flavors from 8 CFC cities to create the most gourmet Tailgate Style plate up in 60 minutes.
