Culinary Fight Club, the national food sports series, brings its fifth Grand Championship Competition Culinary Fight Fest to Chicago. This year, McCormick Place will be the host venue, located at 2301 South Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL, 60616. A portion of this event will benefit Fight2Feed. Members of the public are invited to join in the two-part tasting competition, tickets are available on online.

The event will begin with round one where the audience will choose their four favorite “bites” from 18-20 Culinary Fight Club champion professional chefs from 10 states. In round two, the top four favorite bites will advance to The Final Plate in a head-to-head 45-minute mystery basket challenge using products by Imperfect Produce, European Imports, Whole Foods, and signature ingredients provided by Superior Fresh.

A distinguished panel of judges will vote for the 2022 Final Plate Champion. This year we have over $20,000 in prizes including some from Manna Mountain Lodge and Bull Outdoor Products, Inc. The champion will also receive the coveted Culinary Fight Fest and Chef’s Coats. The 2019 Grand Champion Chef Kris Schoenberger of BBQ Productions, will crown our next Champion.

This event is hosted and sponsored by McCormick Place Superior Fresh, Bull Outdoor Products, Manna Mountain Lodge, Devour (Crypto/ NFT), and daRosario Truffle Olive Oils.

Attendees will be treated to our Vendor Alley experience including sampling and swag bag from Long Drink, Vanille Patisserie, Waiakea Waters, Cask & Kettle, SauceBossGang, Quri Vodka, US Poker + Casino Parties, NPN360, and more.

Fight2Feed, McCormick Place, and Savor-ASM Global partnered to support this local nonprofit and helped them rescue over 3 million pounds of food. McCormick Place has been one of the largest kitchen homes for Fight2Feed since February 2021.
